Aliea Gakuen (エイリア
It is an organization consisting of alien-impersonating teams that fight using the power of the Aliea Meteorite. All of its members are orphans from the Ohisama En orphanage.
Its creator, Kira Seijirou, originally intended to use the power of the Aliea Meteorite for military purposes to avenge the death of his son, Kira Hiroto, but the Prime Minister, Zaizen Sousuke, declined his offer. As Zaizen was passionate about soccer, Kira used it against him to force Zaizen to accept his offer, destroying various schools in the process.

Trivia[]
- Part of its name, Aliea, is derived from エイリアン (read as "Eirian"), which, in turn, is the Japanese pronunciation of alien, a reference to its original guise.
- Part of its dub name, Alius, is Latin for alias, which is also a reference to its original guise.
- The moment when Aliea Gakuen enacted their invasion occurs differently across the Inazuma Eleven series:
- In the Inazuma Eleven 2: Kyoui no Shinryakusha game, it occurred one week after the Football Frontier finals.
- In the Inazuma Eleven anime, it occurred right after the Football Frontier finals.
- In the Inazuma Eleven manga, it never occurred as the Aliea Gakuen arc was skipped for unknown reasons.
- Most of Aliea Gakuen members' alien names resemble their real name, such as Io Shuntarou (Io) and Kurakake Kurara (Clara).
- Most of Aliea Gakuen teams' uniforms feature an orb-like object, colored in blue or purple, embedded in the middle of the shirt, which, as evidenced by The Genesis, is meant to store the Aliea Meteorite.
- Additionally, the orb-like object can be used to immediately switch from the field uniform to the goalkeeper's, as shown in episode 51 of the Inazuma Eleven anime.
- Prominence did not appear completely in the Inazuma Eleven anime, but instead had some of its members appearing as part of Chaos.
- In episode 63 of the Inazuma Eleven anime, after the evacuation of the exploding HQ, there was no mention of Prominence nor Diamond Dust successfully evacuating it.
- It is later implied they successfully evacuated due to some of its members being featured in Hiroto and Midorikawa's flashback and their respective captains being part of Korea's national team, Fire Dragon.
- With the exception of:
- Shin Teikoku Gakuen, all Aliea Gakuen teams do not have any reserve members.
- In the Inazuma Eleven GO games, Chaos is also an exception.
- Dark Emperors, all Aliea Gakuen members are listed as
in Inazuma Eleven 2: Kyoui no Shinryakusha.
- Burn and Gazel, all Aliea Gakuen members are listed as
starting from Inazuma Eleven GO.
- Shin Teikoku Gakuen, all Aliea Gakuen teams do not have any reserve members.
- Gazel is the only Aliea Gakuen captain whose appearance does not differ upon its cessation.
- In the Inazuma Eleven anime and Inazuma Eleven Trading Card Game, its team's names are usually displayed as or including "Aliea Gakuen".
- All Aliea Gakuen captains are a part of Eisei Gakuen in Inazuma Eleven Ares no Tenbin.
