Chapter 2: Hot Pass to Connect Friends!! (
Summary[]
During half time, Raimon tries to pursuit Gouenji Shuuya to join the team but fails to do so. Raimon continues their match with Teikoku Gakuen, making them concede to their hissatsu technique, Death Zone. After Raimon desperately protect the goal, their captain, Endou Mamoru, turns around and passes the ball to Gouenji, rekindling his passion for soccer and thus, joining the team and scoring with his hissatsu technique, Fire Tornado. Teikoku Gakuen's commander, Kageyama Reiji, decides to forfeit the match.
Plot[]
Raimon versus Teikoku Gakuen[]
Half time[]
Raimon is celebrating them being able to stop Teikoku Gakuen's captain shoot with the legendary hissatsu technique, God Hand.
Aki and the rest of Raimon notice Gouenji in the distance, and run to him. They ask him to join their club, even with an uniform already meant for him, but Natsumi interrupts them to explain why Gouenji stopped playing soccer.
Despite learning the tragedious event regarding Gouenji's sister, Gouenji Yuuka, Tamagorou states she must have been excited to watch his brother play, making Gouenji leave.
Second half[]
Someoka passes the ball to Tamagorou but is easily stolen by Sakuma, who passes the ball to Kidou. He then orders Teikoku Gakuen to begin their hissatsu technique, Death Zone, scoring in the process.
Out of fear, Megane leaves the pitch and Kidou orders Sakuma to beat down Raimon. Henmi shoots but Endou is able to punch it away, hitting the goalpost. Sakuma tries to shoot but Endou circles him around, making him pass to Jimon. Endou quickly goes back to the goal, inspiring the other Raimon members to stop Teikoku Gakuen. Jimon shoots at Endou but Tamagorou tries to stop it with his body, making Endou successfully stop it.
Endou orders Raimon to attack but turns around to pass the ball, stating he was passing to a teammate. Gouenji catches the ball with his hands and is reminded of Yuuka and how it felt to play soccer, and agrees to finally join the team.
Sakiyama corner kicks and Endou caughts it. He then passes the ball to Gouenji, enabling him to perform his hissatsu technique, Fire Tornado, and scoring a goal.
Teikoku Gakuen's commander, Kageyama Reiji, declares they already have what they came for and forfeits the match, making Raimon the winners.
