In order to recruit Chroma, Vamptym has to be defeated first in the post-game. Also, the following requirements are needed:
- Item:
Beautiful Mantle (うるわしきマント, obtained after defeating Vamptym for the first time) - Item: Pleasant Crystal Ball (いい感じの水晶玉, randomly dropped from Element Fifth (エレメントファイブ) at King Arthur's Castle)
After this, he can be scouted for an amount of 4000 Yuujou points.
