Coil Upper (コイルアッパー, Koiru Appā), also known as Defense Command 03 (ディフェンスコマンド０３, Difensu Komando Zero Surī), is a block hissatsu technique introduced in Inazuma Eleven GO Chrono Stone.

It first appeared in episode 21. It was used by Dhanna to take the ball from Kirino and it was successful, leaving Kirino injured behind.
Usage[]
The user first smashes the ground while purple lightning appears. The ball levitates with purple aura and circles around the target. The target gets spun around and blown away.
