Crow has tanned skin and is quite tall in height. He has purple hair that is swept to the left and black eyes with dark eyelashes. He also wears a wine-red scarf tied around his head which covers his left eye.

In order to recruit Crow, Team Garshield has to be defeated first in Hirai Shinzou's lower taisen route. After selecting him on the scouting machine, he will be around Liocott's Hospital and will challenge the player to a soccer battle, wherein the player must lose.
