Usage

Two users reel their legs, gathering swirls of wind around them. They then kick their legs forward, sending the swirls of wind towards their opponent and confusing them as fleeting swirls of wind appear from below. Once the swirls of wind rise from the field, they're sent flying in a strong cyclone and the ball emerges from it. The user on the left springs in the air and traps the ball with their chest, successfully stealing the ball from them.
