Trivia[]
- His dub name, Pearson Gaze, is derived from piercing gaze, a reference to his profile.
- In Inazuma Eleven, his surname is Fudou, as is his display name. However, in Inazuma Eleven 2: Kyoui no Shinryakusha onwards, his surname and display name were both changed to Tenshou.
- This is likely done to prevent overlapping with Fudou.
- Interestingly, a similar thing happens with his dub name wherein his full name is changed and not just his surname, from "Doug Lee" to "Pearson Gaze," respectively.
- His former surname, Fudou, is derived from 不動明王 (read as "Fudou Myouou"), which, in turn, is the Japanese pronunciation of Acala, a wrathful deity in Buddhism, an allusion on his appearance.
- His former dub name, Doug Lee, is derived from roughly, a reference to his profile.
