Hikaru first used Extend Zone during the match between Raimon and Genei, after he was switched with Kurama Norihito. Receiving the ball from Shindou Takuto, he used it before the flipper could react and broke through Utsurogi Sanemi's Kage Tsukami, scoring the second goal for Raimon.
After Raimon won the Holy Road, the team watched a special program that was commemorated to them on TV, showcasing their hissatsu, keshin and tactics they used and the opponents and their moves they faced during the tournament.
Hikaru used it during the match between Raimon and Zero. Instead of shooting it towards the goal, Hikaru used it as a feint to pass the ball to Nishiki and it created a chain shoot with Nishiki's Bushin Renzan. It scored the second goal for Raimon.
Hikaru used it in a soccer battle against Zanark Domain. It scored the one and only goal of the match, giving Raimon the victory as after their opponents disappeared.
Can be bought at Furukabu's store at the Patchwork Field.
Usage[]
The user spins the ball with their leg, covering both the ball and the user in a spiral of purple energy. The user and the ball disappear into another dimension. The user then spins a couple of times before kicking the ball toward the goal covered with a mass of purple energy.
The strength of this technique in Inazuma Eleven GO was listed as "A" in "Inazuma Eleven GO Shine/Dark: Nekketsu Official Guidebook Kyuukyoku-ban".
In the Wii games, Hikaru can be heard saying "Ughh... KHII!!!" when executing this hissatsu, just like how he shouted during episode 33 and episode 35. And also, Hikaru shouts it when he's going to kick the ball, unlike in the anime, he shouts it when he's inside the hissatsu.
It seems that Extend Zone can also be used while Hikaru is in mid-air, as he did in episode 44.
