Frango (フランゴ, Furango) is the goalkeeper of Vamptym and the reserve goalkeeper for The Excellar.

Recruitment
Inazuma Eleven GO 2: Chrono Stone
In order to recruit Frango, Vamptym has to be defeated first in the post-game. Also, the following requirements are needed:
- Item: Uruwashiki Cloak (うるわしきマント, obtained after defeating Vamptym for the first time)
- Player: Mask (Base of the fight Orléans' community master)
After this, he can be scouted for an amount of 4000 Kizuna points.
Inazuma Eleven GO Galaxy
In order to recruit Frango, Ixal Fleet has to be defeated first in the story mode. Also, the following requirements are needed:
- Coin:
× 6 - Item: Ookami Puppet (オオカミパペット, randomly dropped from Nihil Niyaris (ニヒルニヤリーズ) at Kanda Satoko's right taisen route)
- Item: Valuable Ampoule (貴重なアンプル, randomly dropped from Giru at Dr. Crossword Arno's right taisen route)
- Item: Worrisome Masks (気になる仮面, randomly dropped from VISUAL・K at Odaiba's yachi harbor)
- Photo: Tenka Muso (天下無双の写真, taken in the Galaxy Nauts Gou's dorm car 2)
