Appearance[]
Fuyukai has fair skin and curly brown hair. He also wears black rimmed glasses and he has black eyes. In Inazuma Eleven GO, he has aged a bit and he has beige hair. His eyes also became smaller.
Personality[]
At first sight, he is a quiet person who gets scared easily. He is immensely afraid of Kageyama, to that point he was ready to harm Raimon players. He was never fond of soccer club, nevertheless he did reveal to Onigawara some information about Project Z.
Plot[]
Inazuma Eleven[]
He was the coach of the Raimon Eleven, also a follower of Kageyama, giving him any information about the happenings during different matches. In episode 10, Natsumi found out that he was going to eliminate Raimon from the upcoming match against Teikoku Gakuen by removing the brake oil of the van, which eventually got him fired from being a coach and a teacher. On the same day, he was rejected by Kageyama as well. Then in episode 23, it showed that Detective Onigawara asked him a few questions about Kageyama's plan. He's never seen again in the original series, apart from a flashback in episode 121 when he watched Endou and Aki starting soccer club.
Inazuma Eleven GO[]
He made his return as the assistant principal of the Raimon Junior High School, he follows the chairman Kinzan along with his plan of getting rid of Kudou Michiya. Most of the time, he is seen with the principal.
In episode 2, he was worried about Kuro no Kishidan being sent by Fifth Sector.
He appeared again in episode 36, having a talk with the principal about Raimon's soccer club.

Trivia[]
- His name, Fuyukai Suguru, can be read as choosing to be unhappy, a reference to him relying to cheap tricks.
- His dub surname, Wintersea, is a literal translation of his Japanese surname.
- It was never revealed why he worked for Kageyama in the first place, nor how he managed to get his job in Raimon back in Inazuma Eleven GO.
- It is mentioned by series creator Hino Akihiro that Fuyukai managed to get his principle position through dirty tricks.
