Appearance
Fuyukai has fair skin and curly brown hair. He also wears black rimmed glasses and he has black eyes. In GO, he has aged a bit and he has beige hair. His eyes also became smaller.
Personality
He is a person who gets scared easily and doesn't care that much on what happens to other people as long as he gets benefits out of prior to what is done.
Plot
Inazuma Eleven
He was the coach of the Raimon Eleven, also a follower of Kageyama giving him any information about the happenings during different matches. In episode 10, Natsumi found out that he was going to eliminate Raimon from the upcoming match against Teikoku Gakuen by removing the brake oil of the van which eventually got him fired from being a coach and a teacher. Then in episode 23, it showed that Detective Onigawara asked him a few questions about Kageyama's plan. He's never seen again in the original series.
Inazuma Eleven GO
He made his return as the assistant principal of the Raimon Junior High School he follows the chairman along with his plan of getting rid of Kudou Michiya. Most of the time, he is seen with the principal.
In episode 2, he was worried about Kuro no Kishidan being sent by Fifth Sector.
He appeared again in episode 36, having a talk with the principal about Raimon's soccer club.

- Photo: Suspicious Aquarium (あやしい水槽の写真, taken in room 105 of the Kogarashi Manor)
- Photo: Acrobatic Dolphin (曲芸イルカの写真, taken in Odaiba's Mermaid Hall)
