Usage [ ]
The user spins around as swirling sakura leaves rustle in the wind. The user then comes to a sudden halt, quickly rowing their arms to their right side and raising up a pink whirlwind surrounded by sakura leaves. As the whirlwind draws the ball in, it drains its power, making it slowly fall into their hands if successful.
