Info
Season 1
This move was used repeatedly during the Football Frontier Finals where Aphrodi used it to break through Raimon's defense easily.
Season 2
Aphrodi used Heaven's Time during the match against Chaos but Netsuha Natsuhiko managed to stay unaffected by this hissatsu.
Inazuma Eleven Orion no Kokuin
This technique was used twice at the beginning of the match between Inazuma Japan and Navy Invader. After using it, Aphrodi walked through the field and scored the first goal for Japan with his God Knows Impact. Later Heaven's Time was easily broken by Lion and Convoy who stole the ball from Aphrodi. This technique was used once again to uncover the whirls of air that were located on the field after applying Jiraigen tactic. Japan's players were kicking directly into these whirls to deactivate them and later could safely move on the field towards the opponent's goal.
Obtainment
Inazuma Eleven 3: Sekai e no Chousen!!
The manual for Heaven's Time can be bought for 3600 Nekketsu Points at Cotarl's Hissatsu store.
Usage
The user snaps his/her finger in the air, stopping or slowing down time. This enables the user to dribble easily through the opponent(s). The user snaps his/her finger once more to make time flow normally again. Due to the displacement of time and space, the path where the user dribbled becomes a cyclone, blowing the opponent(s) away. From the opponents' perspective view, it seems that the user got behind them as quick as a snap.

- In the original anime, when broken, the interceptor managed to break out of the slow motion flow and get the ball. While in the Orion anime, the slow motion itself cancels and the interceptor gets the ball.
- According to Zhao Jinyun, this technique is a type of hypnosis.
