Appearance[]
Michiko has fair skin, dark eyes, and wavy rose-colored hair tied in two bunches. There are also two strands of curly hair in front of her face.
Plot[]
Michiko made her debut in episode 40 as a member of Osaka Gals CCC. She is one of the four members who introduced their team to Raimon. Her team played against Raimon, proving to be very skilled on the field. During the match she fell on the ground in order to worry Domon and steal the ball from him. Later, after Kogure used his Senpuujin, she stole the ball from him. She then passed the ball to Rika and Reika, who made a goal using their Butterfly Dream. During the second half, she and her teammates became shocked by Fubuki's Eternal Blizzard's power and even wondered what kind of shoot that was. She later dribbled pass Megane and passed the ball to Rika, even breaking through Kabeyama's The Wall. Eventually, her team ended up losing with a score of 4-1. She was watching the live match on the TV during the match of Raimon against Dark Emperors with Rika's mom and the rest of her team, cheering for Raimon.

When rearranged, the Kanji characters in her name, Hori Michiko, are derived from 道頓堀, which, in turn, means Doutonbori, one of the principal tourist destinations in Oosaka, a reference to Osaka Gals CCC's naming motif.
Her seiyuu, Shimizu Saki, is a member of Berryz Koubou, the group who sings some of the ending songs.
