Imagawa was mentioned by Shiroshika Gumi, whom he is the mastermind of, that he ordered them to kidnap children in order to make an army and also train the children.
He appeared in episode 16. He was seen watching the match between Raimon and Protocol Omega 2.0. He was angry when Raimon tied with Protocol Omega 2.0.
