Jean Baker (ジーン・ベイカー), also known as Jinbei (ジンベイ), is a goalkeeper for Big Waves.

Jean has short silver gray hair and tan skin. His hair is styled in a helmet-like fashion with sideburns extending to the corners of his mouth. His hair also grows to completely obscure his right eye and is slightly parted on the left to reveal a green-blue colored eye.

Just like most members of his team, they like the ocean and are used to the sea.


He made his first appearance in the preliminary FFI match against Inazuma Japan. They appeared to initially have the upper hand due to their powerful defensive techniques such as Box Lock Defense and Great Barrier Reef.

Fubuki tried to score with Wolf Legend but it was blocked by his Great Barrier Reef. Gouenji also tried by using Bakunetsu Storm but also failed. Later, Tsunami tries to develop a new shoot. However, he used Tsunami Boost to score though it was blocked again by Jean.

In the end, Jean was unable to block The Typhoon and Bakunetsu Screw. The match with a 2-1 victory for Inazuma Japan.

In order to recruit Jean, Big Waves has to be defeated first in Hirai Shinzou's taisen route. After recruiting him from the machine, he will be located in the Football Association parking area.
