His surname, Fool, is a reference to the eponymous Major Arcana Tarot card, a reference to Big Bang's naming motif.
- Incidentally, his forename, Joss, is derived from ジェスター (read as "Jesutaa"), which, in turn, is the Japanese pronunciation of jester, one of the most common associations surrounding The Fool Tarot card.
In Inazuma Eleven GO Galaxy, he is exclusive to Big Bang.
