In order to recruit Eun-young, Fire Dragon has to be defeated first in Hirai Shinzou's upper taisen route. After selecting him in the scouting machine, Eun-young will appear at the Steel Tower Plaza and will challenge the player to a soccer battle once talked to, wherein the player must lose.
