Usage

The user comes to a sudden halt before their dribbling opponent, quickly getting into position and twirling themselves around, making a circular pool of turquoise water rapidly expand itself on the field below them. As the surrounding area turns into a night sky filled with sparkling stardust, a butte arises underneath the user, lifting themselves high into the air and making Master Dragon emerge from the pool of water behind them. They then reel both of their arms back, abruptly thrusting them frontwards with Master Dragon following suit, letting out a loud roar as fireworks begin to crack around their dumbfounded opponent, blowing them away into the air as the user snatches the ball, coming back into reality as they dash ahead, successfully stealing it from them.
