Plot[]
Sally is the leader of the Inazuma Town Committee and the proprietress of Kinkakuji, her izakaya located in the Shopping District. She shut down Maniya's Maid Café, who tried to overturn her decision but was too intimated by her, asking Endou to speak to her instead.
Upon being confronted by Endou outside Kinkakuji, Sally tried to get Endou and the rest of Raimon away from Kinkakuji, but eventually explained she shut down Maniya's Maid Café following multiple complaints about schoolchildren frequenting the place.
