The owner of this place is Kino Aki and it is also where Tenma lives during the GO series. His dog, Sasuke, also lives with him here and also the players from Akizora Challengers have a room here. Several of his friends, Sorano Aoi, Nishizono Shinsuke, Kariya Masaki and Shindou Takuto, has paid a visit to his place.

During the time that Fei Rune and Clark Wonderbot came to Tenma's timeline to save soccer from El Dorado, they temporarily stayed here along with the Inazuma TM Caravan.
