In the match between Teikoku Gakuen and Raimon[2], Kidou, Jimon, and Sakuma used it, breaking through Endou's God Hand and successfully scoring Teikoku Gakuen's first goal. Kidou, Jimon, and Sakuma used it again to try to score, but it was stopped by Endou's God Hand with both of his hands.
The user with the ball whistles while the other two get into position and quickly spring ahead. As the five penguins rise from the ground, the user with the ball kicks it forward, covering it with bright yellow energy and making the penguins follow it in a spiral. The other two users then get ready to volley the ball, quickly charging it with orange and yellow energy. As it heads towards the goal, the penguins follow suit and explode when reaching the goal.

They then merge into one penguin, aggressively dashing towards the goal.
Additionally, in the Inazuma Eleven Strikers game, it retains the explosion, though in later Inazuma Eleven Strikers games its usage would be that of Inazuma Eleven GO's.
It is one of the combination hissatsu techniques where Gouenji shoots with his right foot.
The penguins only explode at end of the technique in the Inazuma Eleven Nintendo DS games and in the Inazuma Eleven Strikers game.
The only instance where the penguins were shown to remotely explode outside of the games was when Endou stopped Koutei Penguin 2gou by using God Hand with both of his hands[2].
It is one of the hissatsu techniques to appear in all Inazuma Eleven games.
The strength of this hissatsu technique in Inazuma Eleven GO was listed as "B" in "Inazuma Eleven GO Shine/Dark: Nekketsu Official Guidebook Kyuukyoku-ban".
In an Inazuma Walker, it was stated that practising for this hissatsu technique required imagining themselves as and imitating the behavior of penguins.
In the beta version of Inazuma Eleven SD, the Inazuma Eleven Ares no Tenbin version of Koutei Penguin 2gou was listed in the "Possible Override" section. In the actual release, however, only the non-Override original version appears.
