Legend Gate (レジェンドゲート, Rejendo Gēto) is a game mechanic introduced in the Inazuma Eleven GO Galaxy game.
Info[]
Legend Gates can be accessed by interacting with blue exclamation points within the game's overworld, allowing the player to play certain matches from the history of Inazuma Eleven.
Unlike other modes, Legend Gates provide the player with a predetermined team that cannot be modified, and are recreations of the teams from that match. As a result, many players in both the player's team and the opponent's possess modified movesets to align with canon - for example, the matches set in the original series do not include any hissatsu techniques introduced in Inazuma Eleven GO or later, although Keshin are used in some cases to accommodate for the lack of certain hissatsu in Inazuma Eleven GO Galaxy.

Trivia[]
- The opening of a Legend Gate bears great resemblance to Parallel Stones from Inazuma Eleven GO 2: Chrono Stone.
- Despite showing an end result screen with players and item drops, no experience or drops are gained from playing these matches.
- With the exception of:
- Resistance Japan, all teams controlled by the player are protagonists.
- Additionally, it is the only team whose level is higher than the opponent's.
- Gigaton Head, The Earth ∞, God Hand V, and Dragon Blaster's appearances in Inazuma Eleven era matches, all hissatsu techniques present in a given era's matches originated in that era or earlier.
- Their inclusion is likely a homage to Megaton Head, The Earth, Omega The Hand, and Dragon Slayer respectively, which are absent in Inazuma Eleven GO Galaxy.
- Furthermore, despite debuting in the third season, The Typhoon is present in the Raimon vs. Genesis match as a homage to Tsunami Boost.
- Their inclusion is likely a homage to Megaton Head, The Earth, Omega The Hand, and Dragon Slayer respectively, which are absent in Inazuma Eleven GO Galaxy.
- Raimon vs. Ogre, Raimon vs. Dragonlink, and Galaxy Eleven vs. Ixal Fleet, all matches are based on the games.
- The former is based on the match in Inazuma Eleven the Movie: The Invasion of the Strongest Army Ogre, while the latter two are original scenarios given that the teams did not play a full match against each other in any media.
- Additionally, Chrono Storm vs. The Lagoon can be seen as an original scenario due to the inclusion of both Amemiya and Hakuryuu, although it's likely a simultaneous reference to both versions of Inazuma Eleven GO 2: Chrono Stone.
- Resistance Japan, all teams controlled by the player are protagonists.
