The user gets into position, reeling their right arm to their back and quickly punching their right hand into the ball, covering it with flamelike energy. The ball is then deflected if successful.
Anime[]
In the anime, Nekketsu Punch has three unique animations apart from its regular one.
When it was first used[1], the user gathers flamelike energy in their right hand and dives onto the side, punching the ball into the air and landing in the user's hands.
When it was used against Hibiki[5], the user runs to the side and jumps in the air, gathering flamelike energy in their right hand and punch the ball, deflecting it.
When it was used in the match against Team K[10], the user gathers flamelike energy in their right hand and punches the field, creating a big flaming explosion and sending them to goalpost.

Trivia[]
- In the Inazuma Eleven anime series, it is one of the hissatsu techniques to have skipped over an evolutionary stage.
- It shares this trait with God Hand, Killer Slide, God Knows, Illusion Ball, Senpuujin, Dark Tornado, Perfect Tower, The Typhoon, Bakunetsu Screw, Dragon Slayer, and Gladius Arch.
- In the Inazuma Eleven anime, it is the only hissatsu technique to have 4 different animations, namely on its debut episode[1], when Endou used it against Hibiki[5], when evolved to 真[10], and its default animation for every other episode.
- In the Inazuma Eleven anime series, it is one of the hissatsu techniques to be used outside of the field.
- It shares this trait with Fire Tornado, The Tower, God Hand, Super Shikofumi, Fuujin Raijin Gui, and Diamond Dish.
- Despite it having previously evolved to 真[10], Endou used regular Nekketsu Punch[11] when punching away the wood trunk.
- In Inazuma Eleven Strikers, fully voiced lines from game files indicate it was planned to be in the game, but, ultimately, ended up being unused as no one learns it in the final release of the game.
