This is the place where Inazuma Japan trains and resides.
In episode 5, there was the withdrawal exam for some members of Inazuma Japan being performed.
In episode 18, when the members of Earth Eleven were wondering how they will go to space, the dormitories and the meeting centre combined together and became Galaxy Nauts Gou, a train that will transport them around the space.
