In order to recruit Oshii, the following requirements are needed:

• Player: Kanenari Atsunori
• Item: Second Glove (セカンドグローブ, randomly dropped from Raimon 2gun in Kisaragi Mako's lower taisen route)

After this, he can be scouted for 150 Yuujou points.

Inazuma Eleven GO 2: Chrono Stone

In order to recruit Oshii, the following requirements are needed:

• Item: Second Raimon's Theme Song (雷門二軍のテーマ曲, randomly dropped from Raimon 2gun in Handa Shinichi's upper taisen route)
• Topic: Mother (お母さんの話題, obtained in the Future)

After this, he can be scouted for an amount of 180 Yuujou points.

Inazuma Eleven GO Galaxy

In order to recruit Oshii, the following requirements are needed:

• Topic: Own Commitment (独自のこだわりの話題, obtained in Shindou's mansion)
