Procyon (プロキオン, Purokion) is the goalkeeper for Shadow of Orion.
Appearance[]
Procyon has a tall, muscular build, with fair skin. His hair is laurel green and is tied back in a messy bun, with the front separating into two locks falling on either side of his face. His eyes are grey, with thick, laurel green eyebrows matching his hair color. As a Disciple of Orion, he possesses a Seal of Orion, located on his chest.
Plot[]
Following Irina's declaration to the world[1], Procyon appears alongside his team, Shadow of Orion, to play a match against Zhao Jinyuns. During the match, Clario attempts to score with Diamond Edge, but the shot is deflected by Procyon's jumping kick from an unstable stance. Later, as Gouenji's Last Resort hurtles towards the goal, Procyon stands firm with crossed arms as Yurika's "Concerto" command triggers an air current to direct the shot upwards.
In the second half[2], Procyon is forced to use Black Shield to stop Kidou, Haizaki, and Fudou's Koutei Penguin 2gou feat. Shark, dumbfounding him before making a long throw to Yurika. Later, his Black Shield is broken through by Clario, Ichinose, and Haizaki's Perseus Orb, shocking his team as Zhao Jinyuns score their first goal. He conceded to further goals to Endou, Kidou, and Gouenji's Inazuma Break CG, and Li, Lus, and Malik's Sword of d'Artagnan, tying the score at 3-3.
During Yurika's vision, an image of him appears in the snowy field alongside his teammates, all emerging from the shadows thanks to the sparks kindled in their hearts. Later, Zhao Jinyuns' final chain shoot breaks through Procyon's Black Shield, scoring the winning goal for Zhao Jinyuns. As the stadium's roof collapses, Procyon is given a ball and joins the world's players in destroying the roof and, following the crisis, he joins Yurika in requesting a rematch with Asuto some time in the future.

- His name, Procyon, is a reference to the eponymous ninth-brightest star located near the Orion constellation, a reference to Shadow of Orion's naming motif.
