Quincy Horst (クインシー・ホースト, Kuinshī Hōsuto), also known as Seahorse (シーホース, Shīhōsu), is the reserve goalkeeper for Big Waves.

Seahorse has fair skin and is of standard height. He wears a black cap on his head and he has medium-length blond hair.
Plot[]
He appeared along with his team in the video shown by Megane Kakeru. He wasn't switched in the match between Big Waves and Inazuma Japan though.

In order to recruit Seahorse, Big Waves has to be defeated first in Hirai Shinzou's upper taisen route. After selecting him on the scouting machine, he will be on the Kasenjiki and will challenge the player to a soccer battle once talked to.

- His name, Quincy Horst, is derived from シーホース (read as "Shiihoosu"), which, in turn, is the Japanese pronunciation of seahorse, a reference to Big Waves' naming motif and to his nickname, Seahorse.
- His dub name, Quincy Horace, is derived from seahorse as well, which is also a reference to Big Waves' naming motif and to his dub nickname, C-Horse.
