Saikyou-san Shoukan (最強さん召喚, Saikyōsan Shōkan, lit. Summoning Saikyou-san) is a game exclusive block hissatsu technique introduced in Inazuma Eleven GO.
In order to acquire its manual, the following password has to be entered first: セカイサイキョウ (Sekai saikyou, lit. World's strongest, dub: 8NOLwsloX). It can then be bought in Inazuma Town's Gokuraku Mart on Raimon Junior High (雷門中)'s Front Schoolbuiding 1F (正面校舎１Ｆ) for 5,000 Nekketsu points.
The user comes to a sudden halt before their opponent, quickly getting into position and surrounding themselves in yellow energy while crouching. As they slowly raise their upper body into a standing position with both of their arms bent upwards, Saikyou-san appears behind them, covering the surrounding area with a white mist. Saikyou-san then gathers electrical swirls of bright lavender energy in his mouth, abruptly beaming it down at their dribbling opponent, tearing the field below them and rapidly blowing them away as the ball scatters itself into the air, landing on top of the user's head and successfully stealing it from them.

The strength of this hissatsu technique in Inazuma Eleven GO was listed as "S" in "Inazuma Eleven GO Shine/Dark: Nekketsu Official Guidebook Kyuukyoku-ban".
This hissatsu technique was shortened to Saikyou-san (さいきょうさん, Saikyōsan) in the character's hissatsu technique slots.
