Shadow Guard (シャドウガード, Shadō Gādo), also known as Defense Command K08 (ディフェンスコマンドＫ０８, Dīfensu Komando Kē Zero Eito), is a game exclusive Keshin block hissatsu technique introduced in Inazuma Eleven GO 2: Chrono Stone.
The user comes to a sudden halt, quickly getting into position and winding back their left arm. They then swing their left arm to the side, turning the surrounding area dark as their Keshin appears behind them. As they spring towards their airbone opponent, they reel both of their arms to their back remaining immobile, with their Keshin opening a tear in its chest and gathering swirls of red lightninglike energy. Once they reach their desired altitude, they stiffly wind back all of their members as their Keshin winds itself back, rapidly guarding themselves with their Keshin following suit and briskly protruding a black and red shield from its chest, coming back into reality as their opponent is blown away and the ball bounces back towards them.
