The user comes to a sudden halt, quickly getting into position and crouching themselves onto the ground, crossing both of their hands in an X-shape. They then spring into the air, reeling back both of their arms and spinning their whole body around as a whirlwind begins to form below them, with diagonal swirls of wind rapidly surrounding it. Once they reach their desired altitude, they reel back their right leg as the ball covers itself in a veil of bright blue energy, abruptly shooting it with their right foot as it heads towards the goal in a slim beam of bright blue energy, with swirls of wind spiraling around it.
In Inazuma Eleven GO Strikers 2013, fully voiced lines from game files indicate Beta and Gamma were planned to have it in their moveset, but, ultimately, ended up being unused.
In the Inazuma Eleven anime series, it is one of the hissatsu techniques which has never been successfully used.
