Anime[]

In the match between The Kingdom and Rose Griffon[1], Ronijo used it, quickly getting past Ladji and successfully scoring The Kingdom's third and winning goal.

In the match between The Kingdom and Inazuma Japan[2], Ronijo used Strike Samba V2, quickly breaking through Endou's 真 Ijigen The Hand and successfully scoring The Kingdom's second goal. Ronijo used Strike Samba V2 again to try to score, quickly getting past the combined bodily defense of Fubuki and Tobitaka, but it was stopped by Endou's Ikari no Tettsui V2. Ronijo evolved Strike Samba V2, using Strike Samba V3 to try to score to a goal, quickly getting past both the combined volley of Hijikata and Kabeyama and Endou's 真 Ijigen The Hand, but it was stopped by Tobitaka's Shinkuuma V2.

Game[]

In the match between The Kingdom and Inazuma Japan[3], Ronijo used it, breaking through Endou's defense and successfully scoring The Kingdom's first goal.

They then flip into the air and get into position, placing the ball between their feet and making it spin while airborne, gathering swirls of bright green energy. Once they land on the field, they rapidly spring into the ball and volley it with their left foot, with confetti falling down as it heads towards the goal.

Trivia[]

  • Part of its name, Samba, is a reference to the eponymous Afro-Brazilian lively dance to the samba genre, a reference to both its usage and its prominent user's nationality.
  • In the Inazuma Eleven 3: Sekai e no Chousen!! game, despite Ronijo having Strike Samba evolved to V2 when fought against, it's unevolved in the cutscene it's used[3].
  • In the English localization of the Inazuma Eleven anime, when it was first used[1], it's said as Strike Samba despite its typography showing otherwise.
    • Additionally, a similar error occurs when it's used in its V2 and V3 stages[2][4], being said as Samba Strike Version 2 and Samba Strike Version 3 respectively, despite both of its typographies showing otherwise.
