why does goenji uses his left foot to perform crossfire but he uses his right foot to shoot other hissatsu?

You would've asked this question if Fubuki had used it with his left foot. The honest answer is that it doesn't matter, one of them would've had to kick with their left if this hissatsu was to work, and it just happened to Gouenji
