Usuke wears a blue mask over his face and has black hair. His mouth is always closed.
Plot[]
He first appeared in episode 35, where his team stated that they will not fight Epsilon. Later, when Epsilon appears, his team said they won't fight. As they refused to fight, Zel had to destroy a part of his school. He and his team where angry about that and so, they fought against them. He used Kung Fu Attack but Desarm caught stopped it easily. At the end of the match, he was injured and couldn't play any further and so did his team. Desarm stated that it would end in exactly 6 minutes. In the end, he and his team lost with 15-0 and it was true that Epsilon had finished them in 6 minutes.
His name, Tenjin Usuke, is derived from 天神様と阿吽の呼吸 (read as "Tenjin-sama to aun no kokyuu"), roughly translating to Lord Tenjin and Aum breathing, meaning being devoted to academics and having minds that are in sync.
His dub name, Dirk Artz, is derived from dark arts.
