Her name, Terau, is derived from 寺岡 (read as "Teraoka"), which, in turn, is a reference to Teraoka Naofumi, who worked on the original design for hissatsu techniques in the Inazuma Eleven GO Chrono Stone series, a reference to Garu's naming motif.
