In the match between Inazuma Japan and Unicorn[1], Fubuki and Kazemaru used The Hurricane, breaking through Kid's Flash Upper and successfully scoring a goal. Ichinose was astonished to see both of them combine their great speeds, while Megane noted The Hurricane was the perfect name for this hissatsu technique as it looked like a "raging storm."
In the match between Inazuma Japan and Team Garshield[2], Fubuki and Kazemaru used it, breaking through Fox's Big Spider and successfully scoring a goal.
Usage[]
The first user begins running up from behind, creating a trail of wind behind them. The second user twists the ball between their legs, turning it into a huge, icy hurricane and freezing the ball. As the first user continues to run, they cover themselves in a veil of wind and spring onto the hurricane, kicking the ball and breaking it out of the ice. The ball is then covered by a trail of ice and wind as it heads towards the goal.

- It is one of Inazuma Japan's fastest shoot hissatsu techniques as it combines Kazemaru and Fubuki's speed[1].
- In the match between Inazuma Japan and Team Garshield, Kazemaru exclaims "Blow 'em over!" (
吹 き荒 れる！, Fuki arero!), the same catchphrase Fubuki says when using Eternal Blizzard. - In the Inazuma Eleven 3: Sekai e no Chousen!! game, the partner is required to know Eternal Blizzard to perform this technique.
- It shares this trait with Wyvern Blizzard.
