The user front handsprings towards the other and holds their hands. They're then swung above them before weeping down between their legs, frontflipping and throwing the first user forward, hitting the ball with their backside, charging the ball with yellow energy as it heads towards the goal.

Part of its name, Tkachev, is a reference to Alexander Tkachev, a former Russian gymnast known for his horizantal bar movements, a reference to its usage.
In the Inazuma Eleven anime series, it is one of the hissatsu techniques which has never been successfully used.
