Tosaka Teru (兜坂(とさか) テル), also known as Tosaka (トサカ), is a scout character introduced in Inazuma Eleven GO. He appeared in episode 8 of the Inazuma Eleven GO Galaxy anime and is voiced by Tajiri Hiroaki.

In order to recruit Tosaka, the following requirements are needed:

• Item: Jounetsu Misanga (じょうねつミサンガ, can be bought at Teikoku Gakuen)
• Item: Dumbbells (鉄アレイ, randomly dropped from Natural Team (ナチュラルチーム) at Raimon's parking lot)
• Item: Passion Shoes (パッションシューズ, can be bought at Teikoku Gakuen)

After this, he can be scouted for an amount of 800 Yuujou points.

Inazuma Eleven GO 2: Chrono Stone

In order to recruit Tosaka, the following requirements are needed:

• Item: Cool Membership Card (かっこいい会員証, randomly dropped from Good Ends (グッドエンズ) [N] or Good Mens (グッドメンズ) [R] in Inazuma Town's Station entrance)
• Player: Ushiromuki
• Topic: Pointy Hair (とんがりヘアーの話題, obtained at the Ton Gattle Ground)

After this, he can be scouted for an amount of 350 Yuujou points.
